Workload and Time Management
Just as you spend time preparing for a face-to-face class, teaching remotely requires the same attention and perhaps more time.
One possible strategy for managing your time is to establish a weekly routine that sets aside days of the week that you’ll do certain tasks. Don’t worry—creating a routine still allows for the flexibility, but it can help make sure you are completing the items on your checklist without overloading a particular day.
Here is a sample routine. This schedule is for a course that has a weekly Monday night deadline for assignments. The new week also begins that Monday.
