Academic Support and Resources
Even if you're a fully online student, there are many college resources available to support you. You can find these resources listed in several places that we'll talk about below.
SLCC Online website
The SLCC Online website Links to an external site. provides more detailed information about the advantages of online learning, which classes are offered online, and how to get started taking online courses.
Institutional Syllabus
You have access to the institutional syllabus in Canvas. This institutional syllabus covers important policies and information like the Student Code of Conduct, Title IX, and how to receive disability services or counseling services. Click the icon to access the institutional syllabus.

Online Tutoring
You also have 24/7 access to free online tutoring across a variety of topics. To access this tutoring service, first log in to the Canvas course that you want tutoring for, and then click on the Online Tutoring link in the left-hand course navigation menu. You can use up to four hours of online tutoring each month, and you can connect with on-campus tutors for additional support.
